Manchester United Thrashes Chelsea!

Man Utd         2        -          0          Chelsea

On Sunday, Manchester United added to Chelsea's misery with a 2-0 win at Old Trafford.  Without their beloved manager, Jose Mourinho, and Chelsea down to ten men, Man United's summer signee Carlos Tevez scored a fantastic header in what would turn out to be the game winner in the 45th minute.  Mikel Jon Obiwas sent off for the Blues in the 30th minute for a studs up tackle on Patrice Evra.  Louis Saha finished the scoring in second half injury time with a penalty after being taken down by Chelsea defender Ben Haim.

Both managers left the game with a bitter taste in their mouth.  New Chelsea manager, Avram Grant, was upset about Obi Jon being sent off and also about the penalty handed to Saha.  Manchester United manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, was furious at the Blues Joe Cole for a tackle he thought should have sent him off.  Cole slid at Cristiano Ronaldo in the second half and took his legs out from under him while making no effort for the ball.
